Suggestion box on the website.

 

We have added a NEW online electronic suggestion box on our website for our members.
Our Credit Union is interested in receiving feedback concerning our member's experiences while visiting us online, at the branch, or via the telephone.   The online suggestions you provide don't have to be about the Credit Union. They can be about any ideas in general.  The comments/suggestions you provide will be used to improve the overall quality and level of service within the credit union helping us become a better financial institution.  Click here to send your comment/suggestion!

MSECU’s Members Benefit from New Internet Services

E-Checks

MSECU is pleased to introduce a new way for you to view your cleared checks online!

With E-Checks, Now you can view images of cleared checks directly through State-Line Online Banking. This feature is FREE for all MSECU members who have checking accounts and State-Line Online Banking access. This new web-based imaging service lets you view cleared checks from your last three statements.

Check images can be retrieved though State-Line Online Banking by doing one of the following:

When viewing your account history, click on any check item that is hyperlinked. Do a check search by date, check number or amount in a specific date range to view the check items cleared . the check number will appear as a hyperlink. Click on the hyperlink to view the check image.

MSECU is pleased to introduce a new way for you to check the status of your MSECU credit card accounts.

Now you can go to our web site, click State-Line Online Banking and Once you have logged in, Click on the "Credit Cards" link under the left Services menu to register your MSECU credit card accounts. Select or add your card/s to register. Once you registered an account, you can immediately begin to view vital information about your account, any time of day, from the convenience and security of your own computer. All you need is a connection to the Internet. (Of course, you can still get information and service on you accounts by calling our toll-free telephone number)

This new web-based credit card information service lets you view transactions from your last three statements, check your account balance, available credit, next payment date, and amount due. With our EZ-Pay bill pay service, you can even pay your credit card bill online. Best of all, there’s no charge to you, the member, for getting your account data over the Internet.

Web access to credit card data is fast - pages appear in seconds. Most importantly, this new way to examine account data is secure - all exchanges between your web browser and the credit card pages are protected by SecureSockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption.

We at MSECU know the internet is a delivery channel that's in very high demand now because of its convenience. We are using the Internet as another way for our members to access their account information from our virtual branch, State-Line Online Banking 24-Hours a day.

Our new Fraud Protection page on our website offers our members tips on preventing Identity Theft and minimizing risks, tools for victims, alerts, publications, resources, including a short quiz to test your knowledge.

Revised Format of your MSECU Account Statement

 

Effective March 2007, we have changed the statement production format to include all of your account information on a monthly basis vs. a quarterly basis.

 

This new format will provide you the ability to review your total account relationship with the Credit Union in a monthly format.

 

Please review your statements in a timely manner for errors, omissions and fraudulent activity. Thank you.
