MSECU - State Line Online Banking

Now you can conduct your Credit Union business from the comfort and convenience of your own personal computer. AND IT'S FREE!

You can check your balances, transfer funds, request a withdrawal, make a loan payment, check to see if a share draft has cleared, check electronic statements and pay your bills online! Whatever you have to do, why not do it online? It's quick, easy, and safe! Security is assured by password protection, 128 bit encryption, and certification by "Verisign."

Now you are able to view your cleared checks online !

Now you can view images of cleared checks directly through your State-Line Online Banking. This feature is  FREE  for all MSECU members who have checking accounts and State-Line Online Banking access. 

Check images can be retrieved though State-Line Online Banking by doing one of the following:

  • When viewing your account history, click on any check item that is hyperlinked.
  • Do a check search by date, check number or amount in a specific date range to view the check items cleared . the check number will appear as a hyperlink. Click on the hyperlink to view the check image.

 

 

 

Pay your bills online !

Our State-Line Online Banking system provides Members with a secure environment to conduct financial transactions over the Internet, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from the comfort of your home or office. Our  members are also able to pay their bills online and view their e-statements all from EZ Pay; Our new Bill pay service added to State-Line Online Banking.  EZ pay is a FREE  service with an eligible checking account to all our members, this service provides convenience and control to our members when paying all their bills.

State-Line Instructions:

Enrollment:

 

In order to view your accounts online you will need to enroll into State-Line Online Banking.  Click here for the Enrollment page. For security, you will be required to enter 2 secret questions and answers in the enrollment page. Once you fill and summit your application, you will receive your pin number within 5 to 7 business days.

First time users:

Once you’ve received your Personal Identification Number (PIN), click here to login. The first time you visit, enter your member number in the Member Number Field and type your Personal Identification Number (PIN) on the Password Field. Upon logging in, you will be required to change your PIN number to a password.   Type your PIN under your Old password and type your New Password where indicated.  Confirm your new password by re-typing it where indicated.

Please Note:  Password change will NOT affect the ARU or Visa/Debit Card PIN numbers.

Password Policy:
1)  Password must be at least 6 characters long.
2)  Password must have at least one letter.
3)  Password must have at least one number.

You will need to agree to the terms and conditions, once agreed; you will need to change your login security questions.   We recently added the option to change your password online. You will be required to enter 3 security questions and answers that will be used when you reset your password. You will only have to complete this once.
NOTE: YOU MUST MANUALLY ENTER A QUESTION AND ANSWER FOR QUESTION #1!

You will need to accept the Login Security Questions in order to view your accounts.  

Reminder:

Your Quick-'N-Easy and State-Line Online Banking passwords are Independent of each other.  When you are online you may change your State-Line online banking password any time;  However it will NOT change your Quick-'N-Easy Personal Identification Number (PIN).

* If you are not able to view your check images:
Inside State-line Online Banking, On the left Menu bar under the "Services" menu, click on "Options"
Under Service Options, click on "Checking account number"
In order to view your check images online, you must assign the checking account number as it appears in the bottom portion of your check. (usually ends in a 40). click the "save" button to end.
