Use your Massachusetts State Employees Credit Union "Convenience" Debit Card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at any ATM.
MSECU has implemented our own network of ATM locations to satisfy the financial needs of our members. There are never any access fees for members at these ATMs since they are owned and operated by the Credit Union. To find the MSECU ATM location nearest you, click here for a list. You can also use your Credit Union ATM card at CIRRUS and NYCE ATMs throughout New England and elsewhere. Be aware however, that when you use another financial institution's ATM, they may charge you an access fee or "surcharge."
 To help you avoid these additional “access” fees or surcharge fees, MSECU ATM cards are part of the SUM and MoneyPass card network Programs. Just look for ATMs that have the "MoneyPass" or "SUM" symbol, and you won't pay a surcharge. There are thousands of surcharge-free ATMs nationwide so whether you're traveling on business, on vacation or just at the corner grocery store, there's probably a surcharge-free ATM close by. MSECU will charge a $1.00 foreign ATM fee for each transaction conducted on a Non-MSECU ATM machine. Our Free/Interest checking account offers your first 4 withdrawals per month free of this fee. After the 4th free withdrawal, there will be a $1.00 MSECU foreign ATM fee for each Non-MSECU ATM machine withdrawal. We encourage our members to take advantage of the Surcharge-Free participating ATM networks listed above to avoid an “access” or “Surcharge” fee by non-participating Financial Institutions or businesses. Remember, to take advantage of the thousands of surcharge- free ATMs nationwide, look for the “SUM” and “MoneyPass” ATM network logos to avoid surcharges.
